05 — Where we stand

06 — Questions
You pay a one-time placement fee when you hire someone through us — we tell you the exact amount before you commit. That fee is for the verification, matching and placement. The wages you agree with the worker are separate, and paid by you directly to them.
Every placement comes with a replacement guarantee for a set period. If it isn't the right fit within that window, we help you find a suitable replacement. The exact terms are shared with you at the time of placement.
It depends on your area and requirement, but because our candidates are already verified, matching is far faster than starting a background check from scratch each time. We'll give you a realistic sense of timing when you enquire.
Every candidate we present to you carries their verification status and background details. You see what was checked before you decide — identity, references, work history, and police verification where applicable.
