Terms of Service
The terms we work by.
Last updated: 22 July 2026
These terms explain what CreWorthy does, what you can expect from us, and what we expect from you. Please read them before using the service. By submitting an enquiry, creating an account, or otherwise using CreWorthy, you agree to these terms.
CreWorthy is a brand operated by Mondovia Private Limited, a company incorporated in India[CIN to be inserted upon incorporation], registered office 1501, Tower 5, The Close North, Nirvana Country, Sector 50, Gurugram, Haryana 122018. "CreWorthy", "we", "us" and "our" mean Mondovia Private Limited.
01What CreWorthy is — and is not
CreWorthy is a technology platform that verifies domestic workers and matches them with households. We provide the verification, the structured matching, and the tools around a placement.
It is important that you understand what this means:
- We are not a placement or recruitment agency in the traditional sense. We do not take a fee for an introduction and then disappear; the relationship and any contract sits between the household and the worker.
- We are not the employer. When a household engages a worker, the employment relationship is between the household and the worker. We are not a party to it, and we do not direct the worker's day-to-day work, set their hours, or supervise them.
- We are a facilitator and infrastructure provider. Our role is to make it easier and safer for a household and a worker to find one another, verify trust, and formalise the arrangement.
02Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use CreWorthy. By using the service you confirm that the information you give us is true and that you have the authority to provide it.
03Verification — what it means and what it doesn't
Verification is the heart of what we offer. For workers, it may include checking identity documents, references, work history and, where applicable, police verification. We carry this out with care and in good faith.
However, verification reduces risk — it does not eliminate it. We cannot guarantee any person's future conduct, and our verification is based on the information available to us at the time. Households should still exercise their own judgement, meet and interview candidates, and take the ordinary precautions any employer would when bringing someone into their home.
04Fees
Where a placement fee applies, we will tell you the amount clearly before you commit. Our fee is a platform fee for the verification, matching and placement service — it is separate from, and not a substitute for, the wages a household agrees to pay a worker. Wages are a matter between the household and the worker.
Any applicable taxes will be added as required by law. Fees, once a placement is confirmed, are payable on the terms communicated to you at the time.
05Replacement
Where we offer a replacement guarantee for a placement, its terms — including the period it covers — will be communicated to you at the time of placement. A replacement is our commitment to help find a suitable alternative within that period; it is not a guarantee of any particular outcome, and it is subject to the conditions we specify.
06Your responsibilities
Households
- Give accurate information about your requirement and household;
- Treat workers lawfully, fairly and with dignity, and comply with applicable labour and wage laws;
- Pay agreed wages directly and on time;
- Interview and satisfy yourself about a candidate before engaging them.
Workers
- Give true information about your identity, experience and background;
- Provide genuine documents for verification;
- Carry out agreed work honestly and safely.
Everyone
- Use CreWorthy only for lawful purposes;
- Do not misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform;
- Do not attempt to circumvent our service to avoid fees where a placement originated through us.
07The relationship between household and worker
Once we introduce a household and a worker, any agreement they reach — including wages, hours, duties and duration — is between them. We are not responsible for the performance of either party to that agreement, for the quality of work, or for disputes between them, though we will assist in good faith where we reasonably can.
08Limitation of liability
We provide CreWorthy with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for the conduct of any household or worker, or for outcomes that arise from the employment relationship between them. Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
09Privacy
Our handling of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Please read it to understand what we collect and the rights you have.
10Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end your access to CreWorthy if you breach these terms, provide false information, or misuse the platform. You may stop using the service at any time; some obligations — such as fees already due, and the confidentiality and liability provisions — survive termination.
11Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our service or the law changes. When we make a material change, we will update the "last updated" date above. Continuing to use CreWorthy after a change means you accept the updated terms.
12Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gurugram, Haryana shall have jurisdiction, subject to any applicable law that provides otherwise. We would always prefer to resolve any concern directly and in good faith first — please contact us before escalating.
